Picasso Institute is looking for a passionate student affairs who will support students throughout their journey at Picasso Institute by handling inquiries, admissions support, student services, and activities, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for students' non-academic inquiries (rules, attendance, certificates, schedules).
  • Support admissions: respond to inquiries, guide applicants, collect documents, and update student records.
  • Coordinate student activities and events (workshops, exhibitions, graduation shows, visits).
  • Communicate schedules, announcements, and updates via phone, email, and messaging apps.
  • Monitor attendance and escalate academic or behavioral issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate data and prepare basic reports on inquiries, registrations, and student feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Social Sciences or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in student affairs, customer service, or admissions (education sector preferred).

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with systems/CRMs.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Positive, professional, student-centered attitude and interest in arts/design.
