Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of the fitness club, ensure high-quality customer service, manage staff, and support the growth and success of the gym in Amman, Jordan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day gym operations
  • Supervise staff and trainers and prepare work schedules
  • Manage memberships, customer service, and handle complaints professionally
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety standards
  • Monitor maintenance of gym equipment and facilities
  • Coordinate fitness classes, bookings, and training programs
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, revenue, and expenses
  • Support marketing activities and help increase memberships
  • Manage suppliers and basic procurement needs
  • Ensure compliance with management policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, Physical Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in gym or fitness center management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team
  • Experience in fitness marketing or membership sales is a plus
