Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors.
  • Ensure timely ordering and delivery of raw materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor market trends, price changes, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company standards, food safety regulations, and sustainability policies.
  • Support new product development by sourcing new ingredients or materials.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Pay: QAR3, QAR4,000.00 per month
