Job Title: Female Swimming Coach for Kids

Location: Elite Clubhouse & Billiard – Qatar

Job Description:

Elite Clubhouse & Billiard is looking for a dedicated and energetic Lady's Swimming Coach to train and guide children in our swimming programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching kids, ensuring their safety, and helping them build confidence in the water. She should be skilled in children's swim instruction, patient, friendly, and able to create a fun and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct swimming lessons for children of various ages and skill levels
• Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions
• Develop structured lesson plans and progressive training techniques
• Motivate and encourage kids to build confidence and improve their swimming abilities
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with children and parents
• Inspect and ensure safety standards of pool facilities
• Communicate effectively with management regarding class progress and schedules

Qualifications:

• Relevant swim coaching certification or training
• Previous experience teaching kids' swimming classes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage group classes and maintain discipline
• CPR or first-aid certification (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2, QAR3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Swimming Coach: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
