We're seeking a talented
Azure Data Engineer
with deep expertise in Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks to join our growing data engineering team. If you're passionate about building scalable, cloud-native data solutions and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines using
    Azure Data Factory
  • Build and maintain complex data workflows including incremental loads, SCD implementations, and delta processing
  • Develop robust, metadata-driven pipelines with comprehensive error handling and retry mechanisms
  • Integrate ADF with Azure ecosystem services including Databricks, Synapse, SQL DB, ADLS Gen2, and Azure Functions
  • Work hands-on with
    Azure Databricks
    notebooks using PySpark, SQL, and Scala
  • Monitor pipeline performance, implement cost optimization strategies, and ensure production reliability
  • Migrate legacy on-premises ETL solutions to modern cloud-native architectures

What We're Looking For

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience designing and implementing data pipelines using
    Azure Data Factory
  • Hands-on expertise with ADF components: pipelines, datasets, linked services, triggers, and integration runtime
  • Proficiency in building copy activities, data flows, wrangling data flows, and custom activities
  • Deep knowledge of parameterization, dynamic content, pipeline variables, and metadata-driven design patterns
  • Proven experience with Azure Databricks notebooks (PySpark, SQL, Scala)
  • Strong understanding of data integration patterns including incremental loads and SCD implementations
  • Experience with ADF monitoring, performance tuning, and pipeline optimization
  • Track record of implementing production-grade error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions

Nice to Have:

  • Experience migrating on-premises ETL pipelines to Azure
  • Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Understanding of data governance and security best practices
  • Azure certifications (DP-203, AZ-104, etc.)
