Job title: Registrar / Admin & Social Media Coordinator

Location: Doha, Qatar (office-based with occasional field coordination)

Role summary

You will support day-to-day administration and registration/document control tasks, while also helping manage Life Pharma's social media presence and content publishing to support brand visibility and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

A) Registrar / Documentation

  • Maintain organized records for company documents, product files, customer/vendor documentation, and approvals.
  • Prepare, update, and track forms, letters, submissions, and internal documentation logs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, regulatory, marketing) for document requests and follow-ups.
  • Ensure document accuracy, version control, and confidentiality.

B) Administration

  • Handle office admin tasks: correspondence, filing, scheduling, and coordination support.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic presentations as needed.
  • Support onboarding coordination and general office requirements.

C) Social Media

  • Plan and publish content (posts/stories) on agreed platforms; coordinate approvals.
  • Create basic designs and edits (Canva preferred) and write captions in English/Arabic when needed.
  • Track basic performance (reach, engagement, inquiries) and prepare simple monthly summaries.
  • Coordinate with sales/marketing on promotions, product launches, and events.

Requirements

  • Experience in Qatar in administration/registrar work + social media handling (mandatory).
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with MS Office (Excel/Word), email communication, and content tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Good written communication; Arabic is a plus.
