Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all external interfaces between the Project, EPCC contractors, third-party stakeholders, and authorities

Act as the main point of contact for external interface matters

Coordinate with authorities such as Qatar Energy, Kahramaa, Port Authorities, MOECC, and Industrial Cities

Monitor interface-related risks, schedules, and critical path activities

Ensure interface requirements are clearly defined, documented, and contractually aligned

Maintain and update the External Interface Register

Support permits, approvals, and regulatory documentation

Ensure compliance with project quality, technical standards, and HSEQ requirements

Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline

Minimum 10 years of experience, including 3 5 years in major projects

Strong experience working with EPCC contractors and external authorities

Proven expertise in interface management, risk coordination, and stakeholder engagement

Knowledge of Qatar regulatory and approval processes is highly preferred
