Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical components and equipment to identify defects or malfunctions.
  • Perform precision alignment of motors, pumps, compressors, turbines, and rotating equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per schedules.
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technical staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Millwright Fitter in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience with industrial machinery installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of alignment tools, rigging, and mechanical assembly techniques.
  • Understanding of safety procedures and environmental compliance.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
