Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Sales Consultant specializing in exhibitions and conferences. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for actively seeking new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include consulting with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality events. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism to achieve sales targets and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting with a strong ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high levels of client engagement and loyalty.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the exhibitions and conferences industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
