You will join a dynamic team producing high-quality marketing content for all brands under Thoughts Hospitality.

Role Overview

You will lead visual production for our restaurant brands. You will photograph and film high-impact content and edit it for social media, web, and internal use. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Department to ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and visual direction. You will work in a hybrid mode, onsite for shoots and remote for editing and planning, and support a fast-paced internal marketing team servicing multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for our restaurant brands.
• Develop shot lists and storyboards with the marketing team and restaurant managers.
• Ensure all visual assets meet brand standards for image quality, lighting, composition, and format.
• Produce social media-ready formats (Instagram feed visuals, Reels, TikTok, Stories) and ensure correct specifications.
• Maintain a digital asset library organized by brand, campaign, and date.
• Support content scheduling by handing off assets to the Social Media & Digital Support Specialist for publishing.
• Attend onsite events, restaurant launches, and campaigns to capture real-time content.
• Work cross-brand based on priorities set by the marketing team.
• Stay updated on visual trends in social media and F&B, and propose new creative directions.
• Ensure metadata, captions, and brand tags are correctly applied.
• Be flexible with schedule, as some shoots may require early morning, late evening, or weekend hours, offset by remote editing time.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in photography and videography for hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
• Excellent technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and video rigs.
• Creative eye for food, ambiance, and hospitality storytelling.
• Ability to shoot and edit under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Familiarity with social media visual trends and specifications.
• Organized and self-driven, able to manage multiple shoots and brands.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, onsite at restaurants in Doha and remote editing.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills across departments.
• Portfolio submission required showing food, lifestyle, video, and photography work.
• Previous hospitality or F&B experience preferred.
