Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Lusail. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the local property market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, handling paperwork, and staying updated on market trends to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• A valid Driving License is required
• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions preferred .
• Strong Sales and negotiation skills to close deals successfully
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a client-focused mindset
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of market analytics is a plus
