We're hiring a Sales Associate to represent our bespoke luxury boutique, located within one of Qatar's most prestigious 5-star hotels.
This is a front-facing, high-impact role suited to someone who knows how to deliver an exceptional client experience while confidently presenting and selling luxury items to discerning hotel guests and high-net-worth clients.
Role Highlights:
- Be the face of the boutique, welcoming hotel guests and international clients with warmth and professionalism
- Showcase and sell high-end pieces with in-depth product knowledge and excellent styling skills
- Deliver a luxury, personalized shopping experience tailored to each client
- Manage daily operations including stock presentation, payment handling, and aftercare support
- Assist with sourcing requests and client follow-ups
- Maintain showroom standards to ensure an elegant and polished retail space at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality – ideally within a hotel or high-end environment
- Confidence, discretion, and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
- Strong sales instincts and a genuine passion for fashion and luxury
- Well-groomed, reliable, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, international clientele
This is an in-person role based in Qatar. Immediate start preferred.
