Brief Job Description:

a. Laise with Department Leadership and align security service in the facility in accordance with security needs, risk assessment strategies, CCTV operational strategies

b. Move security within facility as per incident predictive analysis in order to have an enhanced security team.

c. The Senior Security Supervisor assists in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of security operations within the assigned facilities.

d. They work closely with the Security Manager and other team members to maintain a safe and secure environment.

e. Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of security protocols and procedures.

f. Provide supervision and guidance to security supervisors ensuring they are well-trained and performing their duties effectively.

g. Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches promptly, taking appropriate action and documenting incidents.

h. Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the organization.

i. Participate in security risk assessments and recommend measures to mitigate potential risks.

j. Conduct security training programs for employees, emphasizing security awareness and best practices.

Education, Training and Certifications Required:

a. Higher Diploma or Degree in Security, Investigations, Police, Forensic or Military studies. Occupational Safety or General Management related qualifications are not accepted.

b. Security Risk Assessment Certification is advantageous

c. Security certification from an internationally recognized institute or organization is mandatory for e.g. ASIS CPP.

d. Please note this is a security role. Safety experience or certifications are not accepted as primary certifications, only as secondary.

Background Experience Required:

a. A minimum of 10 years' security experience whereof 5 years must be in a similar position. Experience certificates must be provided.

b. Police and/or military experience can be combined with security experience, based on the following:

c. Police or military experience must be 8 years or more in an operational role and the candidate must have obtained at least the rank of warrant officer. No administrative/investigative / intelligence roles are accepted.

d. A minimum of 7 years' security management experience is still required, of which 4 years must be in a similar role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5, QAR10,000.00 per month
