We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to helping patients achieve optimal recovery and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy evaluations for patients referred by physicians, identifying causes of functional limitations, movement dysfunction, and pain.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and patient education.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely patient records—including assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries—in accordance with clinic standards and Qatar's Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) regulations.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness and independence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure integrated, holistic patient care.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy (or higher)
  • Licensing: Valid license to practice Physiotherapy; eligibility for or possession of a Qatar DHP license is mandatory
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or medical center setting

Skills

  • Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on manual therapy skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage)
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • High level of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and patient-centered care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4, QAR6,000.00 per month
