Job Description:
Eden Health Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors in West Bay, Doha. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth front-desk operations, excellent customer service, and efficient appointment coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle patient registration, appointment bookings, and rescheduling.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and admin team for smooth patient flow.
- Collect payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and daily reporting.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist in a clinic or hospital (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Customer-focused, polite, and presentable.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Ready to join immediately is an advantage.
- Female candidates preferred due to team requirements.
