Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Resident Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies and working knowledge of F5 load balancers. The role requires on -site presence to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities Cisco -Focused Responsibilities (Primary)  Configure, monitor, and support Cisco network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.  Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for LAN, WAN, and wireless network issues.  Implement VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and network segmentation.  Manage and support Cisco IOS/IOS -XE device upgrades and patches.  Monitor network performance, availability, and security events.  Support Cisco security solutions such as ACLs, VPNs, and firewall rule management.  Perform network changes, maintenance activities, and documentation updates. F5 Responsibilities (Secondary)  Monitor and manage F5 BIG -IP load balancers.  Perform basic configuration and health checks of virtual servers, pools, and nodes.  Support SSL certificate updates and basic troubleshooting of F5 services.  Assist with F5 firmware upgrades under guidance. Required Skills & Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.  3–6 years of hands -on experience with Cisco networking technologies.  Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and network security.  Working knowledge of F5 BIG -IP or similar load balancing technologies.  Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.  Ability to work independently in an on -site environment.  Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Certifications  CCNA / CCNP (preferred)  F5 certification (optional / nice to have)
