Responsible for creating artistic and decorative paintings on various surfaces such as walls, canvases, furniture, and other materials. This includes murals, portraits, landscapes, abstract art, and customized designs. The role requires creativity, precision, and strong knowledge of color theory, painting techniques, and materials. The painter may work independently or as part of a team on commercial, residential, or public art projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute original artworks, murals, or commissioned paintings according to client specifications.

• Prepare surfaces (e.g., walls, wood, canvas, metal) by cleaning, priming, and applying base coats.

• Select appropriate materials such as paints, brushes, sealants, and protective coatings.

• Mix and match colors accurately to achieve the desired effect or match existing color schemes.

• Create sketches or mock-ups for client approval before beginning a project.

• Apply different painting techniques such as brushwork, airbrushing, spray painting, and texture creation.

• Restore or retouch damaged artworks or wall murals when required.

• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of paint spills or debris.

• Follow safety guidelines when handling paints, chemicals, and tools.

• Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to align artwork with overall design concepts.

• Maintain a portfolio of completed artworks for documentation and client presentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an artist, mural painter, or decorative painter.

• Strong artistic ability, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of various painting media (acrylic, oil, watercolor, enamel, etc.).

• Familiarity with scaling designs for large murals or wide surfaces.

• Understanding of color harmony, composition, and perspective.

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

• Good time management and ability to meet project deadlines.

• Physical stamina and comfort working on ladders, scaffolds, or large spaces.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1, QAR2,000.00 per month

Experience:

• ARTIST PAINTING: 5 years (Required)
