We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in woodworking, furniture assembly, and installation tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our clients' spaces with precision and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all carpentry work related to furniture, doors, windows, partitions, and gypsum ceiling works.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of wooden fixtures in buildings, apartments, and common areas.
  • Inspect and repair damage to wood structures and surfaces, including door frames, cabinets, wardrobes, and flooring.
  • Install locks, hinges, handles, skirting boards, wall panels, shelves, and other wooden accessories.
  • Assist in setting up work areas and cleaning up after tasks are completed.
  • Coordinate with the Helpdesk and Supervisors for daily tasks and urgent maintenance requests.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work in accordance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Technical Certificate in Carpentry or Building Maintenance.
  • Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience in facility management, property maintenance, or construction field.
  • Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings or work instructions.
  • Skilled in using power and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of building codes and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
