Single Origin Coffee Factory is one of Qatar's leading coffee manufacturers, specialized in roasting, grinding, and packaging premium Arabic, Turkish, and specialty coffees.

As we expand across the GCC region, we are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to lead our next growth phase and strengthen our presence in both local and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, supermarkets, and café chains.

• Identify new business opportunities and private-label contracts.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance.

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitors' activities.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in coffee, FMCG, or food & beverage sector.

• Strong network within HoReCa or retail coffee markets.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Qatar driving license preferred.
