Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Site Engineer located in Doha, Qatar. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising on-site operations, coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and troubleshooting technical challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering practices
  • Proficiency in on-site construction management and operations
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • Experience in implementing and ensuring Quality Control standards
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide project teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is highly desirable
