We're looking for an experienced
Hotel Manager
to lead the operations of one of our prestigious 5-star hotels under Assets Hospitality. You'll be the driving force behind impeccable guest experiences, operational excellence, and a motivated, world-class team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily hotel operations: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Guest Services.
  • Maintain flawless service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
  • Lead and inspire department heads to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive profitability through smart cost control, revenue management, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement brand standards, service audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism across events, partnerships, and media.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Hospitality Management
    or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of hotel experience
    , including
    at least 3 years in a leadership role
    within a luxury or 5-star property.
  • Proven success in guest satisfaction, financial performance, and staff development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Opera PMS, Micros, SAP and MS Office.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
