Service Crew Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
  • Take customer orders accurately and answer questions about menu items.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking back and providing additional assistance.

Food & Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare food items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
  • Assemble orders quickly and accurately.
  • Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, juices, or specialty drinks (if applicable).
  • Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Point of Sale (POS) Operations

  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain proper cash control.
  • Upsell or suggest additional items to increase sales.

Store Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Clean dining areas, counters, tables, and trays regularly.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, food prep areas, and restrooms.
  • Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management.
  • Refill supplies such as condiments, utensils, and napkins.

Teamwork & Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist co-workers during busy hours or when additional help is needed.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for order accuracy and speed.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when items are running low.
  • Follow proper rotation methods (FIFO—First In, First Out).

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Use equipment safely and report any malfunctions or hazards.

Job Type: Full-time
