Real estate executive and administrative roles involve supporting sales, leasing, and property management teams with documentation, client communication, and operational efficiency, often focusing on compliance with Qatari property laws. Key responsibilities include managing CRM systems, scheduling property viewings, preparing contracts, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Managing daily office operations, filing, organizing, and maintaining documentation.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing emails, particularly in roles like receptionists or leasing assistants.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Preparing lease agreements, sales contracts, and generating weekly/monthly reports on listings or sales.
  • CRM & Listing Management: Updating client records, property listings on portals (e.g., Property Finder), and maintaining database accuracy.
  • Operations Coordination: Scheduling property viewings, coordinating with maintenance teams, and supporting sales agents.
  • Financial Administration: Handling invoicing, tracking collections, managing post-dated cheques (PDCs), and processing payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years in real estate or property management, with familiarity with the Qatari market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools/ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, Oracle).
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of Qatar real estate regulations, particularly Law No. 22 of 2017.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Common Requirements

  • Candidates often need to be based in Doha.
  • A Qatar driving license is considered an advantage.
  • Experience with property listing portals like PF Expert is sometimes required
