Job Description:-

  • Detailed design stage

  • Prepare and review process engineering deliverables, such as the

following:


• Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).


• Heat & Material Balances (H&MBs).


• Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).


• Cause & Effect Diagrams (C&E)


• Process simulations in Aspen HYSYS, or similar.


• Compressor transient analysis.


• Hydraulic calculation.


• Equipment Sizing (Vessels, Pumps, etc.)


• Equipment process datasheets for compressors, vessels,

dehydration/chiller package, heat exchangers, pumps, etc.)


• Flare load, Relief valve sizing, familiar with API standards.


• Utility/Chemical/Effluent summaries (water, air, etc.).


• Instrument process datasheet (control valve, on-off valve, FE, etc.)


• Line List summary


• Prepare existing facility adequacy report (utility, flare, etc.)


• Prepare process engineering studies, philosophy, operating manual

and technical reports.


• Vendor document review.


• Review and comment deliverables such as piping layouts, 3D

models, mechanical equipment specifications, etc.


• Prepare technical query, interface query related to process issue


• Other duties as assigned.

◆ Field work stage

  • Provide assistance during procurement, construction, and

commissioning activities.


• Vendor document review.


• Process drawing / document as-built.


• Prepare technical query, interface query related to process issue


• Provide technical support for close of punch list, SAT test, etc.


• Provide technical support for performance test.


• Provide technical support with commissioning activities such as

prepare procedure, training programs, etc.

Career

  • Over 8 years of engineering experience in Oil & Gas projects.

  • More than 2 projects in Oil& Gas plant

  • Working knowledge of codes and standards relative to process

engineering.

  • Competent use of process engineering specific software:
