Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fit-out Engineer located in Doha, Qatar. The Fit-out Engineer will oversee daily project activities, including planning, supervising, and executing fit-out works. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, managing resources, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring timely project completion. The role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for drafting and modeling
  • Experience in Project Management, including resource allocation and timeline management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficient understanding of safety standards and construction regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines and a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in the fit-out or construction industry in Qatar or similar markets is an advantage
