The Multidisciplinary Organization for Sustainable Alliances and International Cooperation (M.O.S.A.I.C) is a youth-led organization dedicated to promoting sustainable development and fostering international partnerships. Through education, policy advocacy, and multidisciplinary collaboration, M.O.S.A.I.C addresses global challenges and champions equitable growth. The organization is deeply committed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).
Role Description
The Programs Associate will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring programs that align with M.O.S.A.I.C's mission and goals. Responsibilities include coordinating program logistics, assisting in policy research, maintaining relationships with international partners, preparing reports, and evaluating program outcomes. Additional duties include organizing events, representing the organization in meetings, and ensuring program compliance with organizational standards. This is a full-time, online role based anywhere but is UNPAID but great for getting experience.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- MUST have good internet connection and whatsapp
- Policy research and analysis competencies, with a focus on sustainability and global issues.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and team collaboration.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Must be fluent in English, other languages are a plus
- Proficiency in using Google apps such as drive, forms and word etc as well as willing to learn how to use Streamyard
- Ability to manage a multicultiral team over multiple time zones
- Prior experience in nonprofit work or international development is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations or a related field required
- Commitment to advancing sustainable development and the UN SDGs.
