Job Summary
Super Micro Computer is seeking a technically strong Technology and Business Enablement Engineer with deep familiarity with end customers and system integrators in Qatar. The role centers on leading solution design, pre-sales engagement, and technical enablement across a fast-evolving market. The ideal candidate has a good, grounded understanding of Qatar's enterprise, government, and service-provider landscape, translating local requirements into high-performance solutions built on Supermicro technologies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead technology and business enablement activities with primary focus on Qatar.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for end customers and SIs, helping them evaluate, architect, and adopt Supermicro hardware and solutions.
• Leverage existing relationships and ecosystem knowledge to accelerate opportunities with key accounts.
• Partner closely with regional sales, product teams, and global engineering to deliver well-aligned, customer-first architectures.
• Convert business and operational requirements into feasible Supermicro-based designs.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, PoCs, workshops, and solution briefings tailored to the Qatar market.
• Drive partner enablement and technical training for local SIs, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Stay current with market dynamics, mainly in Qatar and META —digital transformation initiatives, data center growth, regulatory considerations, and customer expectations.
• Contribute to localized go-to-market strategies that reflect Qatar's technology priorities and buying behavior.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical, pre-sales, or business enablement roles within IT, data center, or infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Strong knowledge of server platforms, HPC, AI, storage systems, and data center technologies.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with Qatari enterprises, government entities, telcos, and system integrators.
• Proven success in customer-facing roles, especially pre-sales or solution architecture.
• Clear understanding of Qatar's market trends, procurement environments, and partner ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
