TECH CARE is looking for a creative and dedicated Social Media Marketing Specialist to focus on Qatari customers, create high-quality Arabic content, and handle design and video production. The candidate must have strong knowledge of the Qatar market and help build the company's branding through both paid and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media content targeting Qatari audiences

  • Write clear, engaging, and high-quality Arabic content

  • Design posts, ads, and marketing materials (images, banners, etc.)

  • Shoot and edit videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Support overall branding and marketing strategies

  • Develop organic growth strategies, including collaborating with local influencers

  • Monitor page performance and improve reach and engagement

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic language is mandatory

  • Proven experience in social media marketing (Qatar market preferred)

  • Design skills (Canva/Photoshop)

  • Video shooting & editing skills

  • Understanding of influencer marketing and organic growth

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines
