Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support across systems and networks
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across hardware and software
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and IT staff in daily operations and projects
  • Document resolutions and maintain IT knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT, (Cybersecurity concentration preferred)
  • Fresh graduate or trainee-level candidate
  • Communication skills: fluency in both English and Arabic
