Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Shared Services Specialist based in Doha, Qatar. In this role, the Senior Shared Services Specialist will coordinate and manage shared services functions, ensuring excellence in customer service, communication, and collaboration across departments. Daily responsibilities include performing data analysis, supporting financial processes, streamlining operations, and addressing work needs effectively. The role also emphasizes delivering operational efficiencies and supporting organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • OPEN TO QATARI NATIONAL
  • Demonstrated expertise in Analytical Skills, such as data analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster collaboration and effectively address stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in Procurement and Finance to support processes, operations, and financial reporting when applicable.
  • Ability to multi-Task, prioritize, and maintain exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of ERP systems are preferred.
  • Prior experience in shared services or a similar operational role is highly advantageous.
