Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Senior Officer- Compensation & Benefits, based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves managing the company's compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining equitable and competitive pay practices. Key responsibilities include analyzing salary structures, administering employee benefits, advising on HR policies, and collaborating with leadership to implement effective policies that support employee satisfaction and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits practices
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration, including managing and optimizing employee perks and health plans
  • Strong skills in Payroll Administration and navigating Human Resources processes
  • Ability to interpret and apply labor laws and ensure compliance with local requirements
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in HR management within a similar industry or business setting is a benefit
  • Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., PHR, SHRM) is an advantage
