Good day, we are seeking a highly skilled Master Tailor / Abaya Cutter with strong experience in cutting and tailoring abayas. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of abaya patterns, fabrics, measurements, and finishing, and be able to produce high-quality garments according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take accurate measurements for abayas and ladies garments
  • Cut abaya patterns according to designs and size requirements
  • Stitch, alter, and finish abayas with high attention to detail
  • Work with designers to develop samples and customized abaya styles
  • Select suitable fabrics and ensure proper fabric usage
  • Ensure quality control, fitting accuracy, and finishing standards
  • Perform alterations and corrections as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tailoring workspace

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Master Tailor or Abaya Cutter
  • Proven expertise in abaya cutting and tailoring
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high craftsmanship skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a boutique or abaya tailoring shop
  • Knowledge of modern and traditional abaya designs
