Key Responsibilities
  • Review and audit claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for patients.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims efficiently.
  • Document and report audit findings to management.
  • Review patient charts, including discharge summaries, to extract relevant clinical and billing information.
  • Identify and correct missing or incorrect information in patient records and coded data.
  • Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and current billing/coding standards.
  • Stay up to date with changes in insurance regulations and industry trends.
  • Perform other finance-related and administrative tasks as required by management.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and auditing abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance, claims processing, and revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with patient charts, clinical documentation, and billing/coding guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical insurance coordination, claims processing, or revenue cycle management.
  • This is a 3-month contract based in Qatar
