Role Description

The Breakfast Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position located at Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay in Doha, Qatar. The primary responsibilities include setting up and managing breakfast service, ensuring an excellent guest experience, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. The role requires teamwork with other food and beverage staff to uphold the high service standards of Waldorf Astoria while creating a welcoming dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a luxury setting or breakfast service, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules.
