Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers as they approach the kiosk, offering assistance and information about products or services.
  • Demonstrate and explain products or services to customers, answering any questions they may have.
  • Actively sell products, meet or exceed sales targets, and promote current deals or offers.
  • Ensure the kiosk is well-stocked and products are organized and displayed attractively. Report low stock or product issues to management.
  • Operate the cash register or POS system, handle transactions, and ensure accurate cash management.
  • Promote special offers, discounts, or seasonal sales to customers.
  • Collect and record customer feedback to help improve products or services.
  • Ensure the kiosk and surrounding area remain clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards while interacting with customers and handling products.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,200.00 per month
