We're looking for a creative, passionate, and hands-on Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes content creation. The ideal candidate is not just someone who posts — but someone who creates, shoots, edits, and tells stories that connect with audiences. You'll be responsible for growing our online presence across all platforms through engaging visuals, strategic campaigns, and authentic community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop, shoot, and edit creative content (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for social media platforms.
  • Design & Editing: Create visually appealing posts and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, and similar tools.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to maintain active, friendly engagement with followers.
  • Campaign Execution: Support in planning and running digital campaigns, including paid ads, collaborations, and giveaways.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, analyze insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • SEO & Optimization: Apply SEO and keyword strategies for content visibility and growth (a strong plus).
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated with social media trends, audio trends, and platform updates to keep our content relevant and fresh.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, and brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with social media algorithms, hashtags, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital ads, and social media analytics.
  • Experience in community management or influencer collaboration is a bonus.
  • Photography or videography skills preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience managing brand accounts with measurable growth results.
  • Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus).
