Summary

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance reports (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pickup, length of stay, channel production).
  • Assist in short- and long-term demand forecasting, taking into account market pace and budget targets
  • Compile boards and presentation materials for weekly revenue and strategy meeting
  • Update and maintain rates and availability across PMS, CRS, OTAs, and GDS channels—ensuring parity and compliance
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and booking patterns; recommend pricing adjustments based on competitive and market trends.
  • Assist reservations during peak periods and coordinate with sales, front office, and marketing teams on pricing strategy alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2+ years in hotel operations, revenue coordination, or reservations; experience in revenue management preferred.
