Position: Lab Technologist

Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a skilled Lab Technologist to join a reputable and well-established medical center in Qatar. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can perform laboratory tests with accuracy and uphold the highest standards of quality and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures as per clinical standards.
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) with precision.
  • Maintain lab equipment, instruments, and ensure proper calibration.
  • Record and validate test results accurately in the laboratory information system.
  • Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and medical staff for timely test reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and quality control procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
  • Valid Qatar license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, diagnostic tools, and testing procedures.
