Job Summary

The Enterprise Architecture Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the enterprise architecture repository, ensuring high-quality analytical and statistical reporting. The role includes maintaining the integrity of architecture data, supporting compliance with governance principles, and assisting stakeholders in leveraging enterprise architecture insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • E nterprise Architecture Repository Management
  • Administer and maintain the enterprise architecture repository, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
  • Configure and customize repository structures, metamodels, and taxonomies in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the completeness and reliability of data.
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures to maintain high data integrity standards.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Design and generate analytical and statistical reports from enterprise architecture data repositories.
  • Analyze the impact of changes on enterprise architecture components and assess gaps between current and target architecture.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with enterprise architects, IT teams, and stakeholders to collect and document architecture-related data.
  • Provide guidance, training, and technical support on repository usage and best practices.
  • Repository Enhancements & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for improving repository usability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Implement updates and enhancements to align with enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise architecture analysis, data management, or report development.
  • Experience working with enterprise architecture repository tools such as Orbus iServer is a plus.

Certifications and Skills

  • Certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or report analysis preferred.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
