We are seeking a
highly experienced Gen AI & Data Science Engineer
with a strong background in
Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, and advanced AI frameworks
. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in building
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
pipelines,
Agentic AI frameworks
, and
predictive analytics models
tailored for
financial services
use cases.

This role demands an exceptional individual with hands-on engineering excellence, strategic problem-solving ability, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of AI innovation within enterprise-grade environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and deploy
    end-to-end Generative AI solutions
    using
    Azure OpenAI
    ,
    Azure AI Foundry
    , and
    Azure Machine Learning
    platforms.
  • Build and optimize
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    pipelines, including
    text vectorization
    ,
    vector database management
    , and
    custom embedding solutions
    .
  • Develop and integrate
    Agentic AI frameworks
    (e.g.,
    LangChain, Crew.AI, AutoGen, A2A
    ) for complex multi-agent task orchestration.
  • Implement
    predictive analytics
    and
    machine learning
    models addressing
    financial services use cases
    such as credit risk, fraud detection, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Leverage
    Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Cognitive Services
    to manage, process, and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions.
  • Conduct
    model performance evaluation
    , fine-tuning, and
    prompt engineering
    for enhanced accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with
    AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI
    standards.
  • Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience
    in Data Science, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning roles.
  • Proven experience with
    Azure OpenAI
    ,
    Azure AI Foundry
    ,
    Cognitive Services
    , and
    Azure ML Studio
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS) and
    vectorization pipelines
    .
  • Deep knowledge of
    RAG systems
    ,
    LLM integration
    , and
    chain-of-thought orchestration
    using frameworks such as
    LangChain
    or
    Crew.AI
    .
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying
    ML models
    and
    AI agents
    for
    financial or banking
    domains.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    ,
    PyTorch
    ,
    TensorFlow
    , and
    Azure SDKs
    .
  • In-depth understanding of
    data pipelines, feature engineering, and MLOps
    best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Must hold a
