We are looking for an experienced,
Russian-speaking
specializing in
Special Situations
— complex corporate cases involving shareholder relations, control disputes, litigation, and arbitration. The role requires a combination of strategic vision and hands-on litigation experience, providing full-cycle legal support for
high-stakes corporate matters
across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute legal strategies to protect shareholder and company interests
  • Prepare legal positions, evidence, and procedural documentation for litigation and arbitration
  • Represent the company in court and arbitration hearings (domestic and international)
  • Manage shareholder and corporate control disputes
  • Handle pre-trial negotiations and dispute settlements
  • Supervise and coordinate external law firms, ensuring high-quality representation
  • Analyze corporate ownership structures and implement asset protection measures
  • Support restructuring and transformation of ownership models
  • Advise senior leadership on governance and legal risk management

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate litigation and dispute resolution
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and procedural law
  • Proven experience in international arbitration (LCIA, ICC, VIAC, etc.)
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder interests and high-risk scenarios
  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Core traits: strategic insight, composure, diplomacy, and discretion
