Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain visitor records and front desk area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required
- Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of office procedures is an advantage
- Punctual, polite, and well-organized
- Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply
- Work Location: Head Office - AL Habari Group, Alkhor, Qatar
- Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
