Job Summary:

The Engineering Coordinator supports the engineering department by managing schedules, facilitating communication between teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring documentation is complete and up to date. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely exchange of information and deliverables.

  • Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and services required by engineering teams.

  • Coordinate work permits, safety documentation, and compliance paperwork.
  • Perform other administrative or technical support tasks as assigned by the engineering or project management teams.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an engineering support or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with engineering and technical documentation processes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of document control systems and basic project management principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications (preferred but not always required).
