HORECA Supervisor

Job Summary
The HORECA Supervisor will oversee and grow business with Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering (HORECA) clients. The role includes managing a sales team, expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of food products while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with HORECA clients to drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the HORECA sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the hospitality and catering sector.
- Handle key account management and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute strategic sales plans to expand the HORECA portfolio.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and procurement to ensure smooth order execution.
- Conduct sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HORECA sales within Qatar or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of food distribution and FMCG sales operations.
- Proven track record in key account management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiar with Qatar market, HORECA customer base, and distribution process.
- Must be proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
