Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Banquet Supervisor based in Doha, Qatar, with occasional opportunities to work from home. The Banquet Supervisor will oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include organizing team schedules, supervising staff during events, coordinating with other departments, and addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage banquet staff effectively
  • Proficiency in Food Service operations and a solid understanding of dining and beverage standards
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities, with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Outstanding Communication skills to liaise with staff, guests, and other departments effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in hospitality, event planning, or related fields is highly preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
