Civil Site Engineer

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in site construction, with a focus on structural and civil works. The role requires active coordination with project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of site-based experience in building construction in GCC countries but preferably in Qatar.
- Solid understanding of structural and civil execution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
- Experience in supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress.
- Skilled in coordinating with foremen, surveyors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to speak and write in Arabic.
- Must have UPDA certificate.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use the software AutoCAD.
