Paradox is looking for a Product & Services Development Specialist to lead innovation across our service lines in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on developing new, scalable, high-impact products and enhancing our existing services using marketing insights, technology, and AI-driven tools.

You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and events teams to turn ideas into market-ready offerings from concept to pitch-ready presentations.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and research new services and product offerings for Paradox across Qatar and KSA.


• Improve and modernize existing services using AI, automation, and industry trends.


• Conduct ongoing research on market needs, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.


• Collaborate internally with designers, creatives, strategists, and sales teams to refine and test product ideas.


• Build clear, polished presentations and pitch decks for new service lines.


• Lead innovation workshops internally to inspire new thinking and service development.


• Create low-cost, high-impact digital products, toolkits, packages, or service bundles.


• Identify and implement AI tools to increase efficiency and elevate creative outputs.


• Monitor global trends and propose future-forward solutions tailored to the Gulf market.


• Build documentation for all new services (SOPs, pricing options, scopes, workflows).


• Work with sales teams to prepare launch plans and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements


• Proven experience in marketing, creative agencies, innovation, or product/service development.


• Strong knowledge of AI tools, creative tech, and emerging digital trends.


• Ability to take an idea from concept → prototype → market-ready product.


• Excellent presentation-building skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).


• Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.


• Self-driven, innovative mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.


• Experience working with both Qatar and KSA markets is a plus.

Contract Details


• 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and project success.


• Remote role with flexible working arrangements.


• Works across Paradox Qatar and Paradox Saudi Arabia.
