We are looking for an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead our crew and ensure daily operations run smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate will oversee job site activities, coordinate workers, manage materials and equipment, and ensure all tasks are completed to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of technicians and workers

  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality workmanship

  • Conduct site inspections and verify job completion

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE

  • Assist in solving technical issues and guide the team on-site

  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for tasks

  • Report daily activities, issues, and requirements to the supervisor/engineer

  • Ensure work is completed on time and according to standards

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising technical teams in maintenance, construction, or facility operations

  • Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, or relevant trade works

  • Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work quality

  • Skilled in reading drawings, work orders, and job instructions

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE compliance

  • Ability to prepare basic reports and coordinate with supervisors/engineers

  • Reliable, disciplined, and able to manage manpower effectively

  • Valid Qatar Driving License.
