Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Staff at Kashkha in Dubai. The Retail Sales Staff will be responsible for product knowledge, retail sales, communication, customer service, and sales tasks, catering to the fashion needs of a diverse clientele and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales expertise
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of modest fashion and trends is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent
