  • Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Shopify / WooCommerce), ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless user experience
  • Upload, maintain, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO attributes
  • Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics; prepare regular reports and actionable insights
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, bundles, and seasonal offers to drive online sales growth
  • Maintain accurate online inventory in coordination with warehouse and operations teams to prevent stock discrepancies
  • Optimize the customer journey across product pages, checkout flow, and post-purchase experience
  • Handle order processing, refunds, exchanges, and customer escalations in accordance with company policies
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, paid ads, influencer collaborations, and on-site banners
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, pricing policies, and brand guidelines across all online platforms
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to improve online merchandising and revenue
  • Create and update website banners and product images aligned with brand guidelines
  • Maintain and manage integrations with payment gateways, delivery partners, CRM systems, and analytics tools
